The launching of Rockwell American Services, Ltd. in 2002 began as a specialty division of Carest Associates Marketing, a woman-owned business with an over twenty year history designing and implementing strategic marketing strategies and events for new and emerging businesses, and national/international corporations. Its focus was to expand opportunities for American-based businesses -- especially woman-owned businesses seeking growth -- and to open new market opportunities for our team of professionals, who represented over sixty years of combined expertise in logistics management, product procurement and execution of major productions.

With a long history of working on major government and military projects, an established network of American-owned businesses, the challenge was compelling.
